Brush Making Workshop

Rosa will show you how to tie different styles of brush, such as the turkey wing and hawk tail designs. We will also discuss the history of brush making and the types of fibre that we will use.

Please note that brush making is surprisingly physical, so you will need a reasonable amount of dexterity in your hands and feet, as well as good grip strength. If you have any questions about this, please do get in touch before booking.

Rosa creates her own brushes and brooms from her home in West Wales. Working with natural, sustainable materials is very important to her and she is inspired to make pieces that are beautiful as well as useful.
