This Halloween Friday, 31 October, 12–4pm, head to The Red Dragon Centre’s Spooky Studio where kids can get trick-or-treat ready with free face painting and Halloween makeovers. From little witches to tiny superheroes, the talented team will transform them into their spookiest selves!
