As part of the #SaveALifeSeptember campaign, St John Ambulance Cymru will be hosting FREE CPR and defibrillator demonstrations at The Red Dragon Centre on Saturday 20th September from 11am to 4pm.
Whether you’re grabbing a bite to eat, catching a film, or enjoying some bowling, take a moment to stop by and learn lifesaving skills—you never know when they could make all the difference.
